Cozy Baby Rentals is dedicated to providing your little ones with comfortable, quality, equipment.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions regarding our equipment or service.

Do I have to pick up the equipment I have ordered?

No, Cozy Baby Rentals will deliver it to your destination and pick it up after your departure.

 What are the delivery boundaries?

Cozy Baby Rentals will deliver in Albuquerque, Santa Fe (there is a $25 delivery charge for Santa Fe), Bernalillo, Rio Rancho. Possible arrangements can be made for other areas.

How do I place an order?

You may e-mail your order to us, which will be confirmed via phone within 48 hours, or you can call our toll free number. 1-866-780-BABY(2229) or locally at 797-7030. You may fax us with the products you need at 505-797-2137.  If you need an order filled within 48 hours please call to insure that we will have what you need.

 Do I need a reservation?

Cozy Baby Rentals does recommend making a reservation so that you are guaranteed to have the equipment you need for your child.

 How do I pay?

Cozy Baby Rentals will accept major credit cards, cash and check (with valid ID). A credit card is required to hold the order and the full amount will be charged at the time of pick up. If paying by check or cash, arrangements will be made. There will be a $30.00 fee in the case of non sufficient funds.

What if my plans change?

If you need to cancel an order, Cozy Baby Rentals asks that you give 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of 20% of the order total.  If you need to add items to your order, we will need 24 hours to insure that we have the item in stock. Otherwise, there is not a guarantee that we will have what you need. If you will be staying longer you will be charged the rental rate and additional fees may be applied if it is peak season and equipment is in high demand. If you need earlier pick up, you will not be charged for the remaining time.

How do I know the equipment is clean and safe?

Cozy Baby Rentals cleans all equipment before it is rented. Cozy Baby Rentals inspects all equipment according to manufactures guidelines prior to each rental.

What if I don’t feel the equipment is clean enough or that it is safe for my child?

You simply call Cozy Baby Rentals at 1-866-780-BABY or 505-797-7030, and let us know you are not 100% satisfied with your equipment, and we will replace it for you immediately.

Do you give a discount rate for extended stays or for twins?

Yes. We will give a discount rate of 10% on a rental of more than 1 month and we will give a 15% discount on rentals with twins.

What if you don’t have an item that I need?

Cozy Baby Rentals will be happy to “shop” for you. If you don’t want to bring the diapers, the formula, the baby food, etc. Just let us know what you need and we will be sure you have what you need here waiting for you. There is a 20% service fee on non stocked items.
